TIMES AND METHODS OF DELIVERY
Deliveries may incur delays of 2-5 business days during the period from 4th of August to 17th of August.

We deliver in 2-3 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and will commence from the shipping date.
All our orders are shipped from Italy via DHL. We will send you the tracking number for your package when it is shipped.
Please note: Working days are Monday through Friday during hours of business (9 am to 5 pm), excluding national holidays. Working days are Monday tthrough Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy and your chosen shipping destination.
In order to guarantee you the best shopping experience, for selected countries, we are now including the customs duties in the final prices without any price change.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return or exchange an item by requesting a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon submission of your return request, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email for the return of your item.
Before sending the item back to us you must contact our Customer Service to issue authorization for the return.
As soon as products are returned to our warehouse for any reason whatsoever, a check is made of their condition after which the refund will be made within 30 days.
